Return Policy

-RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, which will be sent in the form of an Poppy Ranch Boutique e-Gift Card to the email address you used at check out.  Poppy Ranch Boutique will happily accept unworn, unwashed, scent and smoke free or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from date of fulfillment.

-Include your original packing slip in the box when shipping you return back for faster processing.

-There is no restocking fee & store credit never expires.

-Final Sale Items - No returns for Black Friday, Cyber Monday or any discounts 40% off or greater.  If we receive returns for items

purchased during these promotional sales events they will not be processed or mailed back to the customer.

-Coupon codes may not be applied to past purchases.

-If item is defective, please email PoppyRanchBoutique@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receiving and we require a picture.

-Shipping is non-refundable.

-If you used a third party payment application such as Afterpay, you will still be responsible for your payment terms with them and we have no control over the terms you entered into.
